SPA POLICIES

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY:  

* Please allow 24 hours, or more, when canceling/rescheduling your appointment. 

* A 50% fee of your scheduled service(s) will be charged to the card on file for any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice of the scheduled appointment.

* Cancellations within 6 hours of your appointment, and No Shows will be charged 100% of your scheduled service total.

* In the event of an illness or medical emergency, your card will be charged per the terms of Tidal Aesthetics' cancellation policy. Please provide a doctor's note, medical documentation or a positive test (COVID/Flu/RSV/Strep/etc.) within 5 days of your scheduled appointment for a full refund of the cancellation fee.

LATE POLICY: 

* To avoid unfair delays to other clients, if you are more than 10 minutes late to a Lash or Brow appointment, your card  on file will be charged per the terms of the cancellation policy and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. 

* A late arrival to a facial service will result in adjustments to your service to fit it within the remaining available time. You will still be charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment and the appointment will still end on time.

OTHER INFORMATION:

* A form of payment is required to reserve your appointment(s). Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. Refunds will be deposited back to your card on file.


* Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.

* Tidal Aesthetics does not treat clients younger than 12 years of age. 


* Social media messages are not accepted as appointment cancellations/adjustment requests. Please login to your Vagaro account to make the necessary changes.

You may email Tidal Aesthetics at: info@tidalaesthetics.com to request your Vagaro login credentials if needed. Emails will be read and responded to during business hours. Please allow 72 hours for a response.


** Please do not bring your children or pets to your appointment. Failure to comply will result in a cancellation of your appointment and 100% charge of your scheduled service total.**

Tidal Aesthetics does not offer refunds for any completed services.

Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Referral discounts cannot be applied to gift certificates. If a new client pays for a first-time service with a gift certificate purchased by an existing client, he/she will not receive an additional $20 discount, however the existing client that purchased the gift certificate will still receive a $20 credit on his/her account. Referral discount will be applied to the existing client's account after the referred new client has completed and paid for his/her first service. 

Deposits are non-refundable and will be included in the cancellation fee.


Packages and memberships are non-refundable and your treatment will be deducted from the package/membership in the event of a late cancellation or no show.

Packages expire 12 months after the purchase date, unless stated otherwise.

Seasonal specials may be booked as far as 60 days in advance. You may reschedule this appointment one time during that 60 day period while maintaining the discount. After 1 reschedule and/or 60 days, the discount can no longer be used and you must pay full price for the booked service at the time of your appointment.

In the event of an adverse reaction to a purchased product, Tidal Aesthetics will refund the total purchase price to your original form of payment if the product is returned within 7 days of purchase. 

A $10 shipping charge will be applied to all drop-ship product orders.

Tidal Aesthetics reserves the right to terminate a client relationship at any point based on inappropriate, disrespectful, malicious, combative, high conflict, threatening or harassing behavior - No refunds will be given for packages, memberships, deposits, gift cards, products, classes or services in the event of termination.

Preferred methods for gratuity include: Cash, Venmo


These policies are put in place to protect Tidal Aesthetics as a small business and ensure equal treatment for all clients.
